Mike Harris, Jr. at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport
Interact is pleased to announce a year-long solo display of paintings by Mike Harris, Jr., at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport. Harris makes work about, in his words, "bees, flowers, and farm scenes." He became a bee advocate years ago after reading an article on endangered pollinator populations at the local food coop. Harris hopes that his paintings will encourage viewers to contemplate the interconnectedness of bees and humans, as well as rural and urban environments.
Harris's display at the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport features ten of his watercolor paintings and is presented with generous support from the Arts@MSP program within the Airport Foundation.
